For artists, writers and producers, it's a place to disappear into the work — fully staffed, fully private, built around the session, not around the clock. For labels and publishers running camps, it's a turnkey creative setup without the logistics, the leaks, or the compromises.

You don't book a room. You get the whole estate.

Minimum booking is a half-day estate buyout.
