Membership

Twelve Keys.

Torch Membership is a capped, application-only seat at the estate. Four tiers — from eight Studio Credits a month to a label-grade account with roster privileges. Every membership includes the house: both recording suites, the chef's kitchen, the deck, and the grounds — at preferred rates, with priority booking.

Beyond the booth — members-only listening nights, industry mixers, masterclasses, and monthly A&R office hours. Members book first, at member rates, on everything the estate offers. When the twelfth key is claimed, the doors close.

The first six members sign on founding terms — rate locked for 24 months, permanent founding designation. When the sixth signs, those terms never return.

What is Torch ATL?

Torch ATL is a private destination recording estate on the east side of Atlanta. Two professional recording suites, three king guest suites, a chef’s kitchen, and lounges sit behind one gate on 5,021 square feet, built for artists, writers, producers, labels, and publishers who want to live and record in one place.

Does Torch ATL have overnight accommodations?

Yes. Torch ATL has three king suites that sleep six overnight, and up to twelve with lounge space, each with its own bathroom. Overnight stays are included with Creative Estate Lockouts, which have a two-night minimum. Hourly studio sessions and single-day Estate Buyouts do not include overnight accommodations.

Can Torch ATL host a writing camp or label camp?

Yes. Writing camps, label camps, album lockouts, and retreats run at Torch ATL as Creative Estate Lockouts. Both recording suites run at the same time, all three suites house the roster on property, and the kitchen, lounges, and grounds are reserved for one client for the length of the stay.

Where is Torch ATL located?

Torch ATL is a gated estate on the east side of metro Atlanta, about twenty-five minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson and twenty minutes from Downtown. The street address is never published. It is released only on a confirmed booking, which is how sessions stay private.

How is Torch ATL different from a commercial recording studio in Atlanta?

Most Atlanta studios rent rooms by the hour inside a commercial building. Torch ATL is a whole private estate. On buyouts and lockouts the studios, bedrooms, kitchen, and grounds are reserved for one client at a time, with no shared hallways and no other sessions. It is built for multi-day work, not walk-ins.

What gear is in the Torch ATL studios?

Suite B runs a Neumann U87 through a Neve 1073 SPX and a Tube-Tech CL1B into a UAD Apollo X6. Suite C runs a Neumann TLM 103 through a UA LA-610 MkII into a UAD Apollo X8. Both rooms run Pro Tools with Yamaha HS8 monitoring, and a house engineer is available on every session.

How do I book Torch ATL?

A 50% deposit and the estate agreement confirm your dates. Buyouts, lockouts, and events are booked by request; hourly studio sessions are reserved for members and label accounts.
